Breaking Bad & Better Call Saul: Every Character Ranked Worst To Best

26. Stacey Ehrmantraut

Breaking Bad Saul Goodman Bob Odenkirk

Like The Cousins, there are moments when Stacey Ehrmantraut struggles to feel like a fully formed character, but through Kerry Condon's deeply personal performance it's easy to forgive her shortcomings.

Seen sparingly throughout Better Call Saul, Stacey is the wife of Mike's late son, a single mother who battles her grief and confronts her relationship with her father-in-law in frequently heartbreaking ways.

There's a sense, yes, that she exists only to justify Mike's actions in both shows, but it's hard not to be taken in by her plight; she's one of the series' very few good souls, after all, and Mike wouldn't be the same without her.
