In Brooklyn Nine-Nine, there were two women who knew who they were and didn't care what anyone else thought about them. Both Gina Linetti and Rosa Diaz are badass ladies.

Rosa is a tough cop who isn't afraid of anything. Going everywhere on her motorcycle, Diaz is a character straight out of a fantasy novel, complete with her iconic leather jacket. Attracted to complicated people, Rosa almost marries Adrian Pimento, though eventually comes to realise that marriage might not be the path for her. She might always try to act tough and do things on her own, but Rosa soon comes to realise that the squad have her back if she ever needs help.

Gina is a force to be reckoned with in the 99. Though she isn't a detective, Linetti is never one to be outdone by her colleagues. She proves herself capable of winning the Halloween Heist and works out that Captain Holt also has not worked out the islanders puzzle. Gina is confident, and despite often coming across like she doesn't care about the rest of the squad, ultimately she's loyal to her friends.
