Brooklyn Nine-Nine: The WORST THINGS That EVERY Main Character Has Done

6. Gina Linetti - Blackmails Charles Over Sourdough

Gina Linetti is without a doubt the most unpredictable character in the entire show. There are some episodes when she is a total sweetheart and steps in to save the day, whereas other days her selfish ways do nothing but inconvenience her team around her.

One of the show's best running gags is when Gina becomes part of the Boyle family through hilarious circumstances. Whilst it's no secret that she completely loathes the Boyles, her indifference to them went too far in the episode Chasing Amy (season 4 episode 18). Funnily enough she's not the only one who takes things too far in this episode. More on that later.

After a mistake in Charles' grandmother's will, Gina is given the Boyle sourdough ingredients which causes great uproar amongst Boyle family as it is a recipe that has been passed down through generations.

When she hears of its value to them, she asks for 10,000 dollars in exchange for it. Boyle eventually coughs up the cash but in her recklessness and complete disregard for the family's traditions, she admits to burning the beloved sourdough.
