It's crazy to think about, but Buffy the Vampire Slayer aired its first episode a ridiculous 22 years ago back in 1997. After seven seasons and a total of 144 episodes, this beloved genre series came to an end in 2003. But still, that's not to say that the buzz surrounding Sarah Michelle Gellar's famed Slayer has cooled down much in the subsequent 16 years, with fans still loving Buffy just as much as they did two decades ago.

Like so many shows of its time, though, Buffy the Vampire Slayer is one of those series that featured so many supporting characters and minor roles that were played by actors who have since gone on to become big-name players in their own right. Whether they're movie stars or heading up TV offerings, some of the biggest names in the industry right now cut their teeth in Sunnydale back in the day.

Here, we've assembled a bunch of modern-day celebrity names who may or may not have appeared in at least one episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. All you have to do is correctly answer yes or no as to whether these stars ever did turn up in this fan favourite series.
