Will we ever get to see the Community prophecy of six seasons and a movie fulfilled? Every year we seem to be teased at the prospect of Community finally culminating with a big screen movie (though we would just take a Peacock special wouldn’t we at this point?) but alas, to date, all we can do is wait and hope that one day it might be our lucky year and actually happen.
It’s been eight years now since Community left our screens and we still mourn for what could have been if the show had managed to continue beyond season six. It really did feel like the sitcom that would never die after surviving a cancellation by NBC and then being revived back to life on Yahoo Screen like a phoenix from the flames. Alas, Community has not had a pulse now since 2014.
