The episode's closing moments may as well just have been one big giant homage to the classic Hannah-Barbera animated series Super Friends.
Officially reintroducing the Hall of Justice (which had been seen before in Invasion!) as a gathering point for the Arrowverse's answer to the Justice League and unveiling the table at which they discuss the latest criminal ongoings of the world would have been more than enough to make our DC hearts happy, but they only went and included a reference to Gleek - the alien pet monkey of the Wonder Twins.
Will the Super Friends end up getting three new additions next season? Whether it happens or not, this was nothing short of awesome.
