Ryan Choi was dragged into the Anti-Monitor's craziness when his fellow heroes showed up and explained everything that was happening. However, he wasn't aware of why he was chosen or what the Paragon of Humanity really entailed.

Ironically, he found it when he was thrown in at the deep end and forced to battle Shadow Demons as it was humanity that he was fighting for. That right there was the future Atom's greatest strength, as his super power was his unapologetic humanity.

While we could have done with seeing a little more of him in order to fully appreciate his character journey, he was a solid addition to the crossover and even provided it with some enjoyable comic relief.
