Crisis On Infinite Earths: Every Character Ranked Worst To Best

It would have been so easy for Iris West-Allen to become the damsel in distress (no, not that kind of distress), forced to watch from the sidelines as her husband vanishes in the Crisis - powerless to stop it. But that wasn't good enough for this intrepid reporter, as she took it upon herself to do what she could in order to stop the Crisis - and that involved recruiting Paragon Ryan Choi (and delivering one of the best monologues of the crossover), traversing through the multiverse and only taking on Lex freakin' Luthor.

But there was also time for the gentle moments between her and Barry that we were waiting on, as the pair's emotional embrace remained one of the crossover's most powerful simply because, even in the face of insurmountable odds, it was unapologetically positive.

Would it have been preferable to see her featured in the final installment? Absolutely. That, however, wasn't enough to sour how great it was to see Iris shine in a crossover - and doing so by fellow iconic reporter Lois Lane's side.
