4. The Seven Daggers Of Megiddo Are Damiens Kryptonite
It wasnt just any knife that Robert Thorn attempted to plunge into his adoptive sons heart during The Omens finale - it was one of the Seven Daggers Of Megiddo, the only weapons capable of putting down the Antichrist.
Robert was given the daggers by Israeli archaeologist Carl Bugenhagen, an expert on the Antichrist whose council he sought when people started dropping dead around Damien.
All seven daggers must be plunged into Damien on hallowed ground, arranged in the sign of the cross. Driving one into his heart is enough to destroy his human form, but all seven need to be in place to extinguish his spirit.
The Daggers Of Megiddo make a comeback in Damien, but most of them are missing as of the opening episodes. One is in the possession of the clergy, which is bad news for a certain Antichrist.
