10. Carry On Ben Urich's Work

Sadly, ace reporter Ben Urich (spoiler alert) doesn't survive season 1 of Daredevil. Prior to his untimely demise, Ben and Karen Page were digging into the dealings of one Wilson Fisk. It would be Fisk who brings an end to Urich's investigation. Enter a young photojournalist in Manhattan, trying to make his mark in the New York City newspaper industry. It is very likely that he would be familiar, and possibly a fan, of Urich and his work. After news of Urich's unsolved homicide hits the Daily Bugle, this young man could decide to head to Hell's Kitchen to look into whatever Urich was working on prior to his death. When the news hound finds himself cornered by some Hell's Kitchen street toughs, The Man Without Fear intervenes to save the day. When the thugs are handled, Daredevil's radar tells him that the victim escaped by scaling a nearby wall before falling off of the radar completely...
