DC's Legends Of Tomorrow Season 1: 19 WTF Moments From 'Marooned'

The Atom dies(ish), Space Pirates cause chaos, and tensions come to a head between Captain Cold and Heat Wave!

What started off as a potentially so-so episode of DC€™s Legends of Tomorrow ended up having a frantic, heart-wrenching finale as The CW dished up the latest outing of their superhero ensemble show with an episode dubbed Marooned. In an almost Star Trek-esque outing, this latest episode of Legends sees our titular team going on a rescue mission in space and time, whilst we also get to see a glimpse into the backstory of Rip Hunter. In addition to this, there€™s plenty of highlight on various relationships in this outing, including some majorly impactful moments for the duo of Captain Cold and Heat Wave, not to mention a budding romance between The Atom and Hawkgirl. As well as the strife amongst themselves, the show€™s ragtag bunch are also confronted by a bunch of no-good Space Pirates who just so happen to have a grudge against Rip, which leads to the pivotal action of this episode. All in all, this was one of Legends€™ most WTF-filled outing, with plenty of shocking, surprising, and random happenings throughout, and here€™s the very best of them.

19. Canary, Cold & Cards

Stranded in time and space, and with plenty of time to kill, what do you do to pass the time? Why, you revert to the ever-faithful act of playing cards to kill the time. That€™s exactly what Sara Lance and Leonard Snart were doing whilst awaiting orders from Rip Hunter. Rip, though, had been holed up in his own quarters for an entire week, supposedly making a plan of attack but actually just watching emotional videos of his deceased wife and kid.
