6. The Curator Is A Bunch Of Different People
Theories about the curator isn't limited to just a single theory about being the TARDIS... via the means of being the Moment. Instead a whole list of possibilities have been reeled out. In fact, I haven't seen this level of speculation since the old woman rocked up in The End of Time. At least in that case Russell T. Davies wrote The Writers Tale and said that she was intended to be the Doctor's mother. So the curator isn't the first time that such a character was introduced with no plans to explain it any time soon. Or where they turned out to be someone that no one had even considered (remember the red fingernails from Last of the Time Lords we were all sure it would turn out to be the Rani, instead it was just someone forgettable). So, these are the culprits for the curator I've seen so far, in no particular order... Romana, the Watcher, Kamelion, the Master, Morbius... or it could all just be a dream. Out of all those the last seems the most unlikely after all, if you're planning on using a Dallas storyline then it's probably a bad idea.
