9. Stewie Griffin (Family Guy)
Young Stewie Griffin fancies himself as 'President of the World' and isn't afraid to use ruthless tactics to get there. Should he attempt to do this in a world inhabited by the Doctor, he would surely fail emphatically. Stewie's good - very good - and his inventions and technology are sophisticated and impressive. But the Doctor's better - and so is his technology. Stewie wouldn't be afraid to go up against the Doctor - there's no doubt about that - and I'm sure he'd bring out his best technology in an attempt to outdo him, but the Doctor's superior smarts and the fact he has technology like the TARDIS and Sonic Screwdriver on his side means that Stewie would be defeated before he even got going. The only way this would end is with Stewie shouting 'BLAST' in his quintessentially British accent. The Doctor might be suitably impressed with Stewie's potential to take him on board his TARDIS, however. Future Doctor's companion, anyone?
