4. The Governor (The Walking Dead)
The Governor - who leads a small community of survivors in a post-apolyptic, zombie-filled world - plays off a façade of a stern, just leader, but in reality he is a very sinister and disturbed man. He's an extremely smooth talker, who is readily able to talk his way out of situations and uses this ability to manipulate others into doing his bidding. He is obsessed with keeping power and sees any outside group, individual or those not willing to join him as a threat and won't think twice about eliminating them to be in control at all times. He fancies himself as a major figure of authority - though what he's actually done to genuinely earn that status is open to question. The Doctor in the world of
The Walking Dead would be a brilliant man to have around. However, the Governor wouldn't see it that way. He would see him as a threat to his leadership and want to eliminate him quickly... but the likelihood of that happening is slim to zero. The Governor would be well and truly out of his depth. When he wants to be, the Doctor can be pretty damn ruthless himself. In this situation - encountering such a vile man - the Doctor would see through his façade, figure out his motives, reveal his true nature to his people and bring him to task quickly and harshly.
