Though it's got a reputation as being more British than a bulldog wearing a top hat eating a tea-covered scone, Doctor Who is a global show with a global audience.

That means it has to be translated into other languages, which can offer a unique insight into how an episode is perceived.

Heaven Sent was called many different things around the world. In France, its title translated to "Descent into Heaven". In German, the name came out as "The Fear of the Doctor", which is very interesting.

Elsewhere, Hungarian viewers got an episode called "Second of Eternity", which someone should definitely steal.
