The main focus returns to the 13th Doctor, and finds her in a considerable amount of pain. There's nothing shown to explain what's causing her this raging headache, but coupled with how the trailer opening, it could be the lingering impact from a difficult regeneration.
That could be an interesting throughline of the Doctor struggling to adapt, although a fair amount of time has passed between the two scenes, as she's now in her own outfit. It could instead be because of a new monster, with Chibnall teasing plenty of them on the horizon.
