Dragon Ball is without question one of the most popular series of all time.
Beginning as a manga written by Akira Toriyama in 1984, it was quickly adapted into an anime which rapidly gained popularity all over the world. The story of the Saiyan child Goku and his adventures on Earth are known to almost every anime fan, as well as many less hardcore enthusiasts. Due to such popular demand, there became a mass expansion of the universe, with many movies alongside the two following series - Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super.
With Super being the most recent series to hit our screens, we follow the grown up Goku and friends as they take on the newest and most powerful threats yet, with a return of arguably the most iconic villain in Dragon Ball history. But with new threats come new faces, and through Dragon Ball Super we get introduced to a vast number of characters to try and remember.
