Every Bojack Horseman Lead Ranked From Worst To Best
1. Bojack Horseman
It could be no one else. Bojack is the centrepiece of the show, as his journey was the true narrative of the series. He taught us many things about toxicity, addiction and depression. As a cartoon character, he easily ranks as one of the most important, thanks to the lessons he provided, while still making us laugh.
Will Arnett clearly had a lot of investment in the show, as he voiced the leading figure and as executive producer. He gave Bojack this nihilistic energy that made him utterly relatable. Still, his record of bad behaviour also kept you at a distance, and all of this was topped off with some amazingly witty comedy.
One of the most important and impressive aspects of Bojack is how he progresses, but never escapes his issues, leading to him being alone. While a normal show would tell you that, no matter how bad he is, he is fundamentally good and deserves a happy ending, Bojack presented something far more honest and truthful, and that's that no matter how hard it may be, if you want to be better, you have to work for it.
Who would have thought a talking horse could teach us all of this?
