27. Superboy
History hasn't been kind to Superboy because of its cheesy plots and special effects that were quite dated for the '90s. That said, there's a charm to seeing an alternate take on the Man of Steel's youth (in a pre-Smallville era, that is).
In its defense, the show improves a great deal following its first season as a host of comic book writers came on-board and actually took it in an appropriate direction, making it feel like more of a comic book show. So there is that and the fact that its a heap of senseless fun.
