Premiere Date: April 27
Network: AMC
For any fans of the underrated Western movie Seraphim Falls, they know that Pierce Brosnan and the cowboy era go together incredibly well. Despite this notion, sadly this AMC show turned out to be plodding and uninvolving – all despite some strong performances and tasty production value.
The plot had solid potential to improve its shortcomings for the second round, but season 2 is a bittersweet arrival because the show has been prematurely cancelled even before its season premiere.
At least we get to see Brosnan saunter around like a rooting-tooting badass for a couple more episodes.
