When it comes to Marvel shows, this one sits right in the middle ground. Not Inhumans bad, but not Daredevil great either.
A strong duo of leads and some intriguing writing are the stand-out aspects, with the overall program feeling like a unique take on the usual superhero fodder. Unfortunately, sub-par production values penchant for drawing out its story tip the boat ever so slightly.
Still, the potential is there - perhaps the second go-around will be a much more muscular expansion of its stronger features.
