Everyone Is Dead In New Game Of Thrones Season 6 Teaser Trailer

Ned! Robb! Catelyn! Joffrey! Jon! Tyrion?!

Game of Thrones continues to lift the lid off Season 6, with the arrival of a new teaser debuting alongside Vinyl on Sunday night. This comes on the back of over 20 new images from the upcoming season were released. The show's Twitter account promised us that we would be teased, and they were true to their word, although not quite as true as many - myself included - would have liked. Having spent the weekend thinking about what glimpses of new footage we'd get to see, we didn't actually get anything new at all. Instead, the teaser (which you can see below) focused on the House of Black and White, and brought back a lot of familiar faces: there's Ned, with some words of wisdom; Robb, talking about war; Catelyn, encouraging revenge; Joffrey being a spoilt psychopath; Jon Snow being typically ominous and gloomy; and, er, Tyrion Lannister, being dead? It's those last two that are going to get people talking. Jon Snow's future on the show has been fiercely debated since his death last year, and this is just a further tease that we can expect him to return this year (which should really be quite obvious by now anyway). The presence of Tyrion, however, suggests a dark future ahead of the Imp - he's pictured just as Jon says "...and the dead come with it." Does this mean the end is nigh for Tyrion? Or the whole of Westeros, given that the image seems to pan out to show other members of the cast? Only around 10 weeks until we find out, with Game of Thrones Season 6 set to get underway on April 24 in the US, and the next day in the UK. https://youtu.be/OmrA8nOZF2Q
