As said previously, music is a huge part of what made Scrubs so special, and it's a crying shame that Hulu aren't able to play every episode with its original soundtrack. According to Zach, some of the songs that were licensed before the world of streaming have caused problems for Hulu, meaning the only place you can watch Scrubs with all the original music is either iTunes or on DVD.

This is a must for any fan of the show, because the music really was that important. Not only did Zach Braff help get Lazlo Bane and Joshua Radin on the show, he had a hand in a lot of the rest of the soundtrack that was put together.

With him on this was Christa Miller, who played Jordan on the show and is creator Bill Lawrence's wife in real life. According to Braff, Miller also had a big influence on which songs were chosen for the show. In the podcast, Donald admitted he had literally zero input on this, as the kind of music he was into wasn't exactly the same type of music Scrubs were looking for.
