4. Stewie Losing His Matricidal Urges

Not only did Stewie lose his matricidal urge to kill Lois, he seemed to lose his entire purpose in his (admittedly short) life. When's the last time we even heard him utter "Victory is mine!" in an episode? Yes, Stewie is still a hugely popular character on Family Guy, but most of us are secretly wishing he'd go back to world domination and plots to kill his mother. In the early seasons, Stewie was the highlight of every episode. Now he's just another member of the family. That's not a change we really wanted to see. You can argue that it's progress, but if that's the case, just what did it get us?
