9. Roof Shopping Cart Guys
In "The Man with Two Brians", Peter and his friends Cleveland, Quagmire, and Joe watch Jackass on television and are inspired in to performing some Jackass stunts of their own. In the next scene, Joe is holding the camera that the viewer is looking through, and he's pointing it at the Griffin's house roof, where Cleveland, Quagmire and indeed Peter are situated. Peter is in a shopping cart and Quagmire and Cleveland are holding him in place. Peter introduces the stunt to the camera and Peter and Cleveland let go of the shopping cart. Not unexpectedly, Peter slams in to the ground below and stands up to find that his next and spine are completely mangled.
