1. Breastfeeding
It might be a clichéd choice for first place but I believe this scene is comedy gold. In the episode I Am Peter, Hear Me Roar, Peter becomes much more effeminate, taking pregnancy tests, spending time preening at himself in the mirror and attempting to breastfeed Stewie. If this was not a cartoon, the majority of the audience would probably have switched off their televisions at the perversity of this scene. However, for some reason, we all love it. In this scene, Peter lifts a sleeping Stewie from his crib and applies the babys face to his nipple. Stewie begins to suckle but wakes up when something just isnt right. He pulls a curly, dark hair from the depths of his mouth and casts a confused look upwards to his parent. On realisation that it is actually Peter, Stewie starts to shudder. It is his over dramatic reaction of poking his tongue out of his mouth in terror and gasping for air as he tries to not vomit, that makes this scene the greatest Stewie Griffin moment.
