Rachel has two sisters on the show (the other we'll get to in a moment), the first we will be looking at is Jill (played by the always splendid Reese Witherspoon). In The One Where Chandler Can't Cry Jill comes to the apartment looking for Rachel (the only daughter their father is proud of) and attempts to start a new life, as Rachel did. Jill ends up breaking the rules (shopping to excess thanks to her having memorized her father's credit card numbers) and even dates Ross to spite Rachel. One of the reasons Jill worked so well is because it contrasted Rachel when she first appeared on our screens and the way she is now. She takes great pride in the progress she has made and she believes she can take her younger sister under her wing. Of course, she cant and hilarity ensues. One of the funnier moments comes when Rachel tries to talk Jill out of wearing an outfit that she has deemed "slutty." After being reminded that the outfit actually belongs to her, Rachel replies "Well, I'm a slut," with Jill replying "Me too."
