Friends: 16 Easter Eggs You Totally Missed

2. The Reserved Sign

Friends Rachel Green
NBC

One of the biggest Friends finds since it moved to Netflix was this, which solved the mystery of exactly how they were always able to get the same prime spot in a New York coffee house (save for a couple of episodes).

Despite being missed for years, the answer is staring us in the face and incredibly simple: it was reserved. The reserved sign, as you can see above, sits on the table in many episodes, naturally putting off anyone else wishing to sit there. So obvious, but it took so long for it to come to light.

Not allowing things to end there, one fan theory goes further, and suggests that it's Gunther who reserves the table for the Friends, because of his love for Rachel. Aww.
