Friends: 16 Easter Eggs You Totally Missed

9. Central Perk Artwork

Similar to the Magna Doodle, another key set on the show had some constantly changing background props.

There was a wide-array of artwork dotted around the walls of Central Perk, which would be changed every few episodes and featured everything from self-portraits to a King Kong poster.

The chalkboard menu would also be changed, with some interesting descriptions of the drinks on offer, such as "A liberating blend, light & sweet, you'll be crying 'Freedom!' when you taste it."

Finally, there's also the board outside of Central Perk. At one point Phoebe mentions that it used to have her name on it, but now it just says carrot cake. That's actually true, as in The One With The Breast Milk her name is listed as one of the performers on the schedule, and indeed she did perform in Central Perk a few episodes later.
