In every guy friend group there are roles to play, whether or not agreed upon or intended. There is always the cool guy who gets the women. This guy is normally the leader that the rest of the group aspire to be and hang on his every word. Do we care about this guy? ...Naaaaah who wants to watch somebody be great at everything?
The two guys in question here are the exact opposite of that particular stereotype. Chandler and Xander don't just share a similar first name, their middle names are oddly 'girly' being Muriel and Lavelle. Adding that onto the fact that they are particularly awkward with women pushes them even further away from the 'alpha male' role in their friend groups, but it only fuels the comedy that comes from their eccentric and HEAVILY sarcastic personalities. Plus they had secret affairs with their friends and are deeply ashamed of their parents. Are they even separate people?
But can you tell which of them said it?
