Beginning her life over, Rachel gets her first ever job and eventually works her way up in the fashion industry, getting a job at Ralph Lauren and then Louis Vuitton.

Though her love life had plenty of ups and downs, we see at the very end of Friends that Rachel finally got her happy ending, as she got off the plane to Europe in order to instead be with Ross.
