Friends follows the stories of six single twenty-somethings: a struggling actor, a chef, a business professional, a masseuse/ musician, a recently divorced palaeontologist, and a runaway bride as they try to make it in the city that never sleeps. Antics and adventures were a-plenty for the gang, with the series running for 10 years and showing how they grow up together through break-ups and moving apartments to marriages and childbirth.
Friends has always been a massive success with audiences, and despite being off the air for 15 years it continues to be massively popular for binge-watching through Netflix, which recently paid $100m just to keep it on the service for another year.
