Friends: The Impossible Mr Treeger Quiz
In tribute of actor Mike Hagerty who sadly passed away last week.
Sad news hit the Friends community last week when veteran television character actor Michael G. Hagerty sadly passed away, aged 67.
Hagerty of course portrayed the supporting role of Mr Treeger in the show, the building superintendent of the apartment block that Monica Geller, Rachel Green, Chandler Bing and Joey Tribbiani lived in for so many years.
Although he only appeared in a handful of Friends episodes, his presence on screen was unforgettable and undeniable. He made such a big impression with so little, his economy of line delivery made him one of the most under-utilised character actors on all of tv.
Although he was so frequently used on television sitcoms in the 80s, 90s, 2000s and beyond and his credits list shows from everything like Curb Your Enthusiasm, Brooklyn Nine Nine, Seinfeld, Entourage to Cheers… he was never in as many episodes of any of these shows as he probably deserved.
