It’s hard to believe it’s been almost 18 years since Friends ended with its final two-part episode The Last One, also known as The One Where They Say Goodbye, airing to record viewers on May 6th, 2004. And what an exit our favourite Manhattan friends enjoyed with one of the most fitting series finale of any popular tv show.
52.5 million viewers watched the final ever time we would see Ross Geller, Rachel Green, Monica Geller, Phoebe Buffay, Joey Tribbiani and Chandler Bing grab a cup of coffee together before starting the next chapter of their lives. It was the most watched television episode from any series in the whole of the 2000s and was truly the end of an era.
Although by now it feels like a reunion episode will never actually be on the cards, we can revisit our favourite Friends episodes whenever we like on streaming services and you really may need to have binge watched every episode to ace this quiz.
