First airing in 1999, we followed Philip J. Fry, a pizza delivery boy who accidentally froze himself a thousand years into the future. Initially, Fry tried to run away from his "new life", however with the help of Leela and the rest of the Planet Express Crew, he was able to start over... as a delivery boy.
Running for seven seasons, Futurama had a massive fanbase and when it abruptly came to an end in 2003, fans were shocked and devastated. They knew more about the Planet Express Crew than they did their own family. From Fry to Farnsworth, they knew every minor detail about them.
