Game Of Thrones - 10 Fantasy Fights All Fans Want To See
7. Arya Stark Vs. Jaqen H'ghar
Now Arya has finished her training with the Faceless Men through controversial means to say the least by finally, much to our joy, slaying the Waif, she truly looks a force to be reckoned with after dishing out suitable revenge to Lord Walder Frey at the end of season 6.
However, although she left Braavos and The House of Black and White without resistance from Jaqen H'ghar, is this really the last we've seen of her assassin tutor? He may have been impressed with Arya's killing skills and deemed her "no one", but Arya rejected the principles of the Faceless Men by choosing to keep her identity.
Jaqen could regard Arya as a loose end for the Faceless Men. She disrespected their doctrine and now possesses otherworldly skills to kill whoever she wishes. Should Jaqen think that power belongs only to those who serve in The House of Black and White, could he follow Arya to Westeros and hunt her down?
The Winner: Jaqen H'ghar
As much as we'd like to think that Arya is now untouchable, especially as she will most likely be a major player in the Game of Thrones and help Jon, Sansa and co. march on King's Landing, Jaqen is literally a killing machine. He has taught Arya most of what she now knows, and he has the size and strength to overwhelm Arya's small size should they have a duel.
Also, Arya probably considers herself safe from the Faceless Men now, so should Jaqen search for her it would be wholly unexpected. Jaqen will have no trouble striking while her guard is down.
