Eleven episodes have been and gone since the Starks were slaughtered at The Red Wedding, yet nobody has avenged their deaths. Arya came close to being reunited with her mother Catelyn Stark when she visited The Twins on the night her mother and brother were murdered - and like they say, what goes around comes around. Although he was close to Robb Stark and even willing to abandon his watch to aid him in battle, Jon Snow has no great love for Catelyn and having him avenge Lady Starks death would be empty. Sansa is far too soft to ever get her hands dirty and her younger brothers are just too nice to step up and commit murder in cold blood. The end of season four saw Arya ship off to Bravos presumably to meet with Jaqen Hghar and to train as an assassin. Perhaps she could introduce Walder Frey to Needle when she returns.
