7. Davos To Kill The Red Woman
Melisandre simply has to go. The Red Priestess has done nothing but stir her cauldron since the day she arrived on our screens. She has manipulated her way around Stannis Baratheon, given birth to the shadow that murdered Renly Baratheon and has pulled Gendry away from friends and familiarity, only to set him up for a fall (not to mention shes mind-numbingly boring for such a powerful character.) Davos Seaworth, a bannerman of House Baratheon, already harbors a potent dislike for the witch as he blames her for the defeat at the Battle of Blackwater Bay and for the death of his son; and its not just The Onion Knight who wants her dead. Cressen attempted to kill Melisandre by having her drink poison wine (an act that Davos is privy to, but does little to stop). However, after they both drink, Cressen died but the witch remains unharmed, so killing her is hardly going to be an easy prospect. To see Davos finally succeed in eliminating the Red Woman who has come between him and his King would be a sweet thing indeed.
