8. Margaery/Loras Tyrell

House Lannister is on its knees, House Tyrell has eroded its knees and looks completely dead in the water as things stand. Mace is in Braavos, though his 'protector' Trant is now dead, and even upon his return, he's a snivelling, pompous 'yes man'. Meanwhile, Margaery and Loras are in the process of being shamed and broken in the dungeons of King's Landing. Loras has been more of a side character, but Margaery has played a huge role in the shifting of King's Landing, though now it looks like a place she can't inhabit while Cersei remains there. They could sprout new storylines, but it's all pointing towards a double death, whether it be through starvation in the dungeons or execution for their 'crimes' in the eyes of the Faith Militant. It could be a slow process, or it could be as quick as watching them both hung in the first scene of the new season. It could be a sudden end to the Tyrells, with just Olenna remaining to avenge them if Mace goes.
