3. The Mountain

How He Dies: Though The Mountain is too formidable for Bronn to make it out of the battle alive, the cunning sellsword is not one to go down so easily. After suffering a fatal blow, Bronn will be on the edge of death and The Mountain will have let his guard down. With his final ounce of strength, Bronn will take off the monster's head before succumbing to his own wounds.
Why It's His Time: Like Qyburn, The Mountain is directly linked to Cersei and when she leaves the picture, so does he. Many thought it would be The Hound who finally kills his monstrous brother, but that always seemed a little too on-the-nose for the show. A bloody and brutal fight to the death with Bronn, a brave man who still refused to fight The Mountain even when he was a man, feels much more likely. It would be a fitting end to two extremely memorable characters.
What It Means For The Show: The Mountain was always more of a weapon than a character so his death won't leave much of a hole going forward. As long as his death is a violent one, fans will be happy.
