14. There's Probably A Targaryen Baby

At a number of points in the seventh season, we were reminded that Dany definitely cannot have children, because it was prophecised that her womb would not "quicken" again. She told Tyrion, she told Jon a couple of times, and it definitely felt like we were being told to keep that in mind.

On top of that, the idea of Jon's children popped up (when Jorah Mormont told him to pass Longclaw to his kids in 'Beyond The Wall'), and the prophecy that Cersei wouldn't have any more than three children was apparently smashed by her pregnancy. Slightly more subtly, the season also introduced the idea of fluid interpretation of prophecies (as in the vagueness of the "prince that was promised" line in Old Valyrian). That was as much a foreshadowing for THIS prophecy as it was for the coming prince.

So you can probably expect Dany to be pregnant and to give birth - provided the show chooses to have Jon and Dany rule together. There is an alternative to that, of course, but we'll get to that, but that doesn't necessarily mean we won't get a pregnancy.
