2. The White Walkers

Likely Outcome: Onwards on their devastating march towards King's Landing.

Whether you care to acknolwedge it or not, the Night's King and his morbid followers are increasingly important players in the Game Of Thrones. Rather worryingly for everyone else, the zombie hordes are only really susceptible to just a few weapons (and possibly dragon fire, but we have to wait and see on that front) and their march seems horribly unending.

As we head into the final season (or two, depending on who you believe about the show's full length), it's inevitable that the White Walkers will cement their power and continue to flex their horrifying muscles more. Even as Bran's visions seek to unpick the Night's King's mystery, it is likely that the end of the season will see their frosty grip tightening into a fist around King's Landing as everyone else struggles to sort out their in-fighting.
