3. Battle For The Dawn

Amidst the Age of Heroes came the Long Night, and at the end of the Long Night came the Battle for the Dawn, which pitted the First Men and the Children of the Forest against the White Walkers in one great, final showdown.

While accounts on how it all went down differ according to who is telling the tale, it seems likely that some sort of battle occurred, and that's a foundation upon which the prequel series can build its major action episode.

The series doesn't need to try and outdo what we've seen in Game of Thrones, but at least one major battle sequence feels like a must given how important they have been to the parent series, and this is the obvious choice.

Yes, it'll be at least a little similar to what we see in Season 8, but with different characters and races in play, and a deeper understanding of the White Walkers, then there are ways to ensure it stands as its own unique thing, with the potential for plenty of surprises and the subverting of expectations too.
