When it comes to your average television series, they are usually predictable in many ways. Whether it's how a certain storyline will end, or even as far as the fate of most of its character. However, when it comes to Game of Thrones, predictability is thrown completely out of the window.
From the very first season, nobody was safe - whether they were a minor character who played no real role in a storyline, or an important character who you were sure would be there until the very end, it didn't matter, when their time was up, it was up. After all, when you play the game of thrones, you win or you die. You win or you die.
Across the shows eight seasons we were introduced to hundreds of characters - from kings and queens to squires and servants, it was almost impossible to keep up with who was who.
