6. Theon Greyjoy

As he promised, Theon has made it Winterfell, and conveniently just in time for the big battle.

At this point, you have to ask what there is left for Theon to do. He's made things right with Jon and Sansa, and has gone and saved his sister Yara from Euron, allowing her to reclaim the Iron Islands. The last person he needs to see, really, is Bran, who was present when he betrayed the Starks and took Winterfell, pretending to kill him in the process. And it just so happens he'll be the one protecting Bran in this episode, which means he's basically signed his own death warrant.

That seems like the last stop on his redemption path, and there's a good story arc there for him to die here while saving Bran. Theon is such a rich character they might want to keep him around longer - perhaps they'll have him kill Euron - but Winterfell is a fitting place for him to die, and would give the episode the kind of big death it needs.
