8. Red Priestess Transformation

Melanie Liburd has been cast as Red Priestess Kinvara and will feature in Season 6, though it isn't entirely certain what role she will play. Some reports suggested she could have been a Dr Who-esque regeneration of Melisandre if she does manage to resurrect certain folk back from the dead. However, it's far more likely that the new Red Priestess will be more involved with Daenerys' storyline over in Essos. That obviously depends on how the Mother of Dragons' encounter with the Dothraki goes. Either way, the fact that the show is doubling up on its Red Priestess count is interesting, and suggests that the whole Lord of Light may carry some weight. How important will it be come the entire series' end?
