Shame. Everybody loves a good bit of tense King's Landing action. It's the main base for everything important in the realm, and countless enormous events have gone down behind its walls, but rumours are suggesting that King's Landing scenes will be at a minimum during Season 6. HBO confirmed that it would not be filming in Croatia, leading to speculation about why that may be the case. Some rumours suggested that the controversy over Cersei's 'walk of shame' scene with the church may have affected their stance in the city of Dubrovnik. Others claim that it was cheaper to move sets elsewhere, while the most feasible logic is simply that most King's Landing characters are dead or elsewhere. Cersei's ordeal means she won't be roaming the streets anytime soon, while the only other big characters still there are the High Sparrow, a few Tyrells, and a confused Tommen, all of which involved in scenes that could be filmed away from the location.
