Ned, Robb, Catelyn, Joffrey, Jon... all characters we've loved (or loathed) and lost, so it wasn't that much of a surprise to see their faces in the House of Black & White. But then, Tyrion?! Now that was a surprise. Then, when the camera panned-out, there were a number of other characters next to him: Sansa, Daenerys, Cersei, Arya, and someone in the bottom right, though it's harder to tell who that is (Bronn? Jaime?). What exactly are we supposed to take from this? Does this mean that all of the characters are going to die in Season 6? Absolutely not, because that would mean there'd be no show left. Instead, it reinforces something Game of Thrones has made clear since Season 1, Episode 9: no one is safe. We may like to think that Tyrion, Daenerys et al aren't going to die, and in truth they probably won't, but the show is doing its best to send the message that they can't, which means we can expect multiple big character deaths in Season 6.
