10. Young Hodor Speaks
At the end of Bran's flashback to the young Starks training in Winterfell, we see Ned talking to a large teenage stablehand by the name of Wylis, who he wants to spar with Benjen.
Bran then realises that Wylis is in fact a young Hodor, and is astounded when he speaks with perfect, normal fluency. Just as Hodor prepares to spar, however, Old Nan comes out and says that Hodor is a stable boy and therefore won't be the mighty soldier many see he could potentially become.
This was an extremely satisfying flashback that provided crucial information about one of the show's fan favourite characters, even if hearing any version of Hodor speaking, especially so eloquently, is just plain bizarre.
