Game Of Thrones Season 6: 7 Things You Might've Missed In Book Of The Stranger

1. Daenerys Circles Back Round (And Receives The Same Threats)

Daenerys storyline has felt like a big retread this year, going back to the Dothraki and suffering being held captive again, while they make various threats to her. With that in mind, it comes full circle in Book of the Stranger, as she emerges from the flames empowered.

This is a pretty clear callback to the Season 1 finale, when she stepped into Khal Drogo's funeral pyre, and came away unburnt and with three baby dragons, once more winning the Dothraki to her cause.

The other (less pleasant) note is the way she's threatened, as Khal Moro's talk of having his men and then horses rape her is something that was first threatened by Viserys back in Season 1, although there's a big difference in her reaction to each.
